Waist: S 117.5, L 99.5, N 97, T -20.5cm BMI: Start 38.7 Obese, Now 29.5 Overweight 🥳 No measurements last week. Bereavement of a dear Uncle and was with whanau as we said goodbye. Big emotions, big aroha. For me, a perfect storm for comfort eating and 'falling off the wagon'. However, for the first time ever, that didn't happen. I carried on with TRE, had some small sweetnesses, but mostly ate the healthier choices available. This way of eating (WOE) seems to be my way.
