Hello FS Family ❤️! Today I embarked on a 7-day trip for work. Terrifying - last trip I took here included nightly milk shakes and burgers (yeah, literally every night I was here), but this time I AM STICKING WITH IT!!

I walked 10,000 steps in the Dallas airport today between fights - I felt pretty good about that! I don’t expect many opportunities to exercise this coming week, so basically any progress I make will be based on my diet 🥗. I’m hoping to be 2 lbs lower when I check my scale next Wednesday morning. 🤞🏻

Never give up!!! 💪🏻
