Any tips on how to stop numb/hurt butt when cycling on a stationary/exercise bike? (Tbf its a crappy bike but it was all i could afford at the time 😂)

I have a seat cover with gel pads already, the seat is at the right height. I can’t go longer than 20-25 mins at a time 😭

20 - 25 mins is pretty good! I used my turbo trainer through lockdown with a quality gel seat and just got used to it after a wee while.

I absolutely hate exercise so I try to do little and often so i dont overwhelm myself and quit 😂 so i usually do 20-25 min sessions 3 times a day for 3 days then have a day off. But yeah my legs could do longer but just sitting on the seat is so uncomfortable. Guess i just have to get used to it 😭
