I can see I am overeating now that I have been diligent regarding posting all bought food - I eat everything I buy and the average over the past 10 days is coming out too high for weight loss.
Also, I am not exercising as much as I need to.
My younger daughter is home! Yeah! She has a lot of stuff! She also has not applied for the camp counselor job yet, so there is a good chance she will be home all summer! I am keeping my fingers crossed that whatever happens turns out for the best.
This month's goal is to have an average of 1200 calories per day - hopefully I won't have to fast for the last week of the month to get to that level!
