What a week.....a new Granson too. Friends round for dinner and way too much Fizz 🥂🍽, but not too bad a 1kg gain.
Back to it and heading for Autumn goal of 10kg to loose.
Have a Wicked Wednesday all.
100.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
