EDIT! Day Four of Hell Week: Completed :D

yes i did it and it was hard but i feel damn good, i did an hour of my excercise dvd again we did the legs, arms and boxercise sections today i realised a lot of the leg ones are in the other day work outs but its ok because there is lots of running and jumping and cardio in it all so its good!

I feel better a little i still need to perk myself up a little but it is working i have been trying not to eat after 8 at the moment but its 8 now and i haven't had dinner so im going to do that and then tidy my room!


also /0 the ice thing works a treat im not half as achy as i was yesterday and i feel a lot less gross now that im not sweating!


I don't know what is wrong with me today its horrible i feel really down, i haven't wanted to get out of bed all day i just want to stay in and mope. im trying to get myself motivated though so i'm up again about to have a lunch of pasta and fake chicken with garlic and olive oil! and then i am going to do day 4's work out for HELL WEEK because i haven't forgotten about it! then im going to go for a walk to try and clear out these stressy cobwebs and apparently people are coming over tonight :/ it would have been nice for my housemates to ask seeing as i am the one who sleeps next to the communal area so theres so way i can sleep or anything but they didnt so just got to man up or woman up or something and get on with it. dont like feeling this down in the dumps :(

You're doing great! Get as much rest (and ice) as you can, tomorrow is the 1000. Remember not to rush. Go at your own pace.
