I need to eat more protein any suggestions? Protein drinks with whey upsets my stomach so I can’t have those. And I’ve tried the lactose intolerant free shakes gross lol I’m at work 7-3 with only a 15 minute break and a 5 minute to eat something real quick for a snack

peanut butter and celery are great together. Individual packs of tuna, chicken with low-fat crackers like wheat thins, cottage cheese and fruit or veggies. Prepare your own foods and pack your lunch box. not sure if that helps but that's what I did before I stopped working.
