Have just come back from a weeks break in Spain, no issues with passport control or security, however, found it very difficult to walk past some very nice bars and restaurants, these two wicked outlets account for my 4 lb weight gain, however, have already done 5km on my cross trainer this morning with a loss of 148 calories and much sweat…. We fight on 🤣
