emang selama lebaran makan hampir 4000 kcal ga kerasa,sangat wajar yg abis puasa cm makan 2300an/hari terasa sangat bloating. tapi gapapa,namanya liburan. kalo perlu hajar 5000 jg ga masalah. ngapain capek2 jaga badan tapi ga bs menikmati dunia?
