So far, so good since Sleeve surgery on Dec. 23 have been able to get fluids and liquid protein in comfortable amounts and still get daily goal totals. The key is to sip all day long :) Thanks for all encouragement and well wishers Every support and/or comment provides much needed positive energy !!!
