Yip, the fat free yoghurt would bring down the calories, just not as tasty though. The blueberry sauce I use is a low calorie, a tablespoon of it is only 2 calories, so works perfectly. I find honey a bit sweet. Thanks for the tips though 😊

I use the Lean Gourmet blueberry sauce from Dischem. Low carb, sugar free and low calorie. They have a few flavours available.
