Losing weight due to sickness. These days I'm taking vitamin every day.Also Calcium and D3. I tried to eat quite consistent and didn't move too much except for going for a walk. I'm so sick that I feel my eyes are burning in my head.
Green tea with ginger and lemon seems to give a bit of relief. I have 3 kg left to lose but cannot think about it now.Probably after New Year.
I'm trying to make my dream board before New Year with all the wishes for 2015. Will try to put only the really important things on the dream board.
the yoga commitment is one of them(9 months left) losing the remaining 3 kg. getting the dream job. keeping healthy travelling learning how to dress fashionable creating stronger bonds with family and friends becoming a better person.
Now with the Airasia that crashed and with the 2 Malaysian planes that also went down it becomes more scary to travel. But I'm keeping positive.
