@ZeeR1981 mix dry stuff:
40g oat flour (normal oats in the food processor to make it fine 👍)
4 or 5g baking powder
3 canderel sticks (I like sweet stuff)
30g chocolate whey protein
8g cacao
Add wet ingredients:
100g fat free yoghurt
80g fat free milk
Mix and into the oven at 180 for 18 minutes. Leaves the middle still a little soft.
I've recently replaced the cacoa with Milo and it's super sweet so a nice once in a while treat.
Overnight oats and weetbix is also popular right now and I still need to try that!
I work from home so I can easily make this around 09:30 when I want breakfast and it leaves me full for a few hours.
