I'm actually pretty pleased with this gain that is very understandable. If I hadn't have had a gain I'm afraid I would have taken it as permission to eat the way I have over the last two days. As it stands I had enough sugar to get sick of it again. A sugar hangover of sorts. Now its all out of the house and out of my mind. I have a bit of homemade bread I will indulge in today but then, even bread will be a thing of the past for awhile. I'm pleased to be through the worst of the holiday temptations and not feeling a major back track. Thank you FS buddies for keeping me inspired to at least be conscious of what I was eating. This feels like the first holiday that I really checked in here all during.
