Best day yet. walked on purpose in addition to normal walking in Walmart and Lowes while shopping. A little over a mile in 90 degree Florida afternoon heat at a 3.5 MPH pace. 2.75 miles total. Not bad for an old guy that doesn't like to walk. Going to bed early so as to not eat mindlessly. Finished day with an instant breakfast shake made with almond milk for max protein.
