Today I did not manage to eat as I wished.. Most of the time I believe that my problem with food is linked the difficulties on having the meal at the same time everyday...
59.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hope you don't mind me suggesting but it might be a good idea to only eat when your hungry, people may have 3 big meals or 6 small meals depending on how their body works. Do what's best for you x

Do u have to eat the same meal every day or are u able to switch it up?

I would like to do 6 meals but when working I mnage to do 3. However, yesterday I had dinner very late.. I am pretry sure this is not helping me

Ahh I see now...maybe try and have a bigger breakfast and lunch if you know ur working late, it will power u through and mean u only need a light dinner which won't be as hard to digest later at night? ❤
