EDIT DAY THREE OF HELL WEEK : Completed (mostly)

Ok so me and Claire have just finished the work out of day three it went smoothly apart from the burpees i finished the first 25 just but when it came to doing them again i started to get really sick and dizzy with black spots etc so i took a break and tried again but still same thing as soon as i started them so i'm taking that as a sign that my body did not agree with them. however i did not completely give up like i once would have oh no i just decided to replace them with the ones i found hardest on Monday the double leg drops which i did and they hurt but i feel good that i didnt just go without adding something else. on friday i am going to try the burpees again seeing as im not very well today anyways (damn stress and IBS)

on a slightly happier note i am still going to go to America im just going from 26th Sept - 11th October instead no canada this time just LA and Seattle but that will do me woooo!!


woo down by almost 2lbs!! i am very very pleased with this result especially seeing as for the first half of the week i wasn't dieting or exercising at all!

had waay to much green tea before i went to bed last night the caffeine was killing me i couldn't sleep at all!

today is day three of HELL WEEK and to be perfectly honest i am dreading it, gone is the beautiful feeling of fitness and in its place are very very small muscles it is literally agony to walk up the stairs at the moment but i will persevere. need to wait an hour to let my breakfast digest a bit but then on to the wednesday workout :/ i'll let you know how it goes if i survive.

in terms of the bet made with my housemate i am very frustrated we keep checking in cheekily and to be fair it has only been two days but while im down 1.8lbs she's down like 3 in two days!!! plus she's been snacking a ton!! i guess she isn't as overweight as me and she is taller (started at 171 and is 5'7 or 8") but still no fair!!

might not be able to go to all the lovely places in America after all because my new boss said if i do she cant offer me the job i am soo annoyed

ICE! Hell week is going to be tough (Hey, it IS Hell Week), so icing your muscles after your workouts can help speed up the recovery process and decrease swelling. Be sure to warm up before you start working out today.

its amazing i really enjoyed it although i think i preferred musee d'orsay i think that was its name but thats because i got to see my favourite degas peice.

I also enjoyed the musee d'orsay! And Paris in general. I've only been there twice, but I know that will increase with age! My next two countries to conquer are Sweden and (drum roll please!) ENGLAND!!!

aww awesome come to england london especially!! I reckon i will visit Sweden one day im planning to move over to Norway as soon as i'm done with university so i really should visit it's neighbours :) if you visit sweden you must visit Norway because its AMAZING best country in the whole wide world!
