Morning all!
Another group that I follow has designated the month of May for honesty and getting real about our journey which is what motivated me to come back to the group. You see, I have neither tracked my food intake nor been in a gym for about 6 weeks. I will offer no excuses for the choice I made and I guess that in and of itself could be considered progress. So I made a pledge to myself that I would be honest about what I'm eating and yesterday was not a good day. Again I found myself snacking beyond reasonable bounds and ingested sufficient calories to maintain my present weight. But my goal is to LOSE. To those supporting me from afar.... I'll do better. I promise. Have a great day!!
