DAY 60 ( Down about 25 lbs) It continues to be no longer a diet event and more like an overall move to just a fasting/ high protein lifestyle. I'm very chill, not triggered by craving sugar or carbs. I'm just eating in my six hour window and trying to get in the gym six days/week. My gym workouts are pretty intense and I get strange looks sometimes. When I see other people working out, I'm always shocked at how little effort most people actually put in. They're on their phones, long long breaks between sets, bad form, little to no struggle or sweat, etc.. I don't know why they even show up! Well.... every day's a process... a challenge and truly something to cherish. As messed up as this world can be, I'm just trying to effect my smaller version of this world in the most energetic and positive way I can. Getting older has many drawbacks but the wisdom and calm seems to be a real asset. I suggest shutting off the tv and unplugging your devices once in a while. Walk outside in solitude and reflection. Take it all in. Deep breathes. Get daily sunshine if possible. Observe and appreciate nature, especially the ocean, where I always feel my best and most spiritual. Slow it down and just be grateful for it all. Much Love 2 You All.. 2HJ
