Was 235.8 Saturday morning. Had Moe's for dinner, with some ice cream and liquor. My wife said it was our "cheat meal". It was a little more than that. This morning I am still lower than I have been.
107.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
