So, I've done this before, but on different plans. This time I'm on Medifast. I actually started one week ago and have done well, losing almost 10 pounds the first week. Yay me! What I like about this program us there's no counting, little measuring, and you hardly have to think about what you're going to eat. The foods is good and eating 6 times a day, I'm rarely hungry before the next time to eat. I wiped all my past out on here because this is the program that's going to work!
