So I remembered today why I don't EVER weigh myself in between weigh-ins...because it fluctuates like crazy during the week!!! I am not going to record a weigh in for today, but when I weighed myself this morning, it was WAY down from Saturday's weigh in and I am talking like 8 pounds down! I know it won't be there this coming Saturday and I am okay with that...but sheesh...if only it could be right?! I finally got a job out here in Charleston and I am super excited about it. It is at a doggie daycare so I will constantly be on the move throughout the day! I am not going to adjust my points to show that I am on my feet most of the day because I want my weight loss to continue, however...if it starts coming off at more than two pounds a week, I will definitely add a point or two so it is a healthy loss! I know it will help out with watching what I eat too because I won't have all this extra time just sitting around the house with nothing to do and food staring me in the face all day. I am going to try to get up early enough in the morning that I can fix some oatmeal and have a big glass of milk before I go and then I will take a lean pocket or something for lunch...maybe I will find something to take for a snack too. :) So anyway...just thought I would write some stuff down while it was on my mind.
