Ugh. So not happy with the scale. Probably gonna take more than a week to get back to my 159. So frustrated with myself.

don't beat yourself up too much, it happens to us all. just don't let it get the better of you, take your frustration out by making the better choices, i've done this a few times, stick with it the weight will come back off, you just took a wrong turn on the diet pathway, it doesn't mean you won't get where your going just that your detouring right now.
