CAR2011's Journal, 08 May 11

Here I am at 5:00am, I decided to get up at 3:30 am since I was not going to sleep. I hate it when I can't get to sleep, and later today I will not be able to keep my eyes open. I hope I will be able to cope with the kids in G-Force.
I decided to listen to the two weeks I missed at church when I was taking care of my daughter's family while she was in the hospital. She is doing much better now. We had several changes in the church over those weeks. Most of the youth are gone along with several children and the couple who looked after them from the children's home. The worship pastor and his wife retired and not many weeks earlier the youth pastor and his wife left. Last week, when we went to church it was more than half empty. Sadly, I don't think anyone even noticed we were not there, except maybe the ones we work with for the children. Oh, well.

Good Morning Car2011! Just to comment on your desire to be at church...that is a wonderful desire to worship. The most "important" of all did notice that you were not there! HE knew that you were looking after your loved ones! Hope you daughter is doing better. Also, I have found that when I drink green tea...there won't be any good sleep for me. Have you thought about cutting out caffeine? It can also interfere with weight loss buy screwing with the blood sugar levels. I try not to have tea unless it is very watered down...in other words I flavor my water with a little green tea...but not every day.

Bird Fancier, Thanks for your encouragement. My daughter is doing much better. I think I get cranky when I don't sleep. lol I usually drink tea without caffeine. I do have two cups of coffee in the morning, but the rest of the day I don't have any. I may have to give up the morning coffee. :-( But sometimes you have to do what you have to do. I have been using MiO in my water instead of some of my tea drinking. Maybe it will help. Thanks for your encouragement. :-)
