Tonight went out to eat, we haven't for awhile. Looked up nutritional info before ordering and stayed on program! And when they brought the fresh hot bread to the table I did not weaken..amazing. I have been baking my favorite cut out cookies with icing..haven't eaten one, homemade mint marshmallows..fudge I didn't eat them. I really do not crave sweets, just like I don't crave cigarettes anymore(12 years!) AND the final test... Peanut butter chocolate balls in the frig for a couple weeks and I haven't eaten them either. So, see my halo, it's held up by my horns😈😇
