It's been a busy busy time in my life. Trying times for sure. My good eating habits and gym habits were replaced by drinking and closing myself off from family and friends. Fast food, alcohol, energy drinks, and no sleep created a very irritable Jay. Wasn't me, and I could tell. So I've been working on changing my life for the better. I hope all is well with you and your family. I do miss your humor, and all the quotes and memes you posted in the past. Made my shifts more pleasant after rough days. Just hired a personal trainer to help kick my ass into gear again lol. I already hate him and haven't started yet 😂🤣😂🤣
