Oh my goodness... was off my healthy eating for three whole days and let me tell you, my stomach was sooooo miserable last night. I kinda stepped on the scale for a brief second and it was up three whole whoppin pounds. So now, this week is work out crazy week to get it back off. Was it worth it? Yes, it was. Only thing that was disapointing was my stomach was smaller so everything I ordered I only ate a couple bites of. LOL................... Back on, and looking forward to not feeling crappy! (or guilty the whole time I was eating)
