Wowzers 100 now to keep going and stay strong..... had a major wobble yesterday and ate Cheesecake and drank wine which is why i posted my 1lb loss 📉 as its still a win.
I've edited my starting weight to where this journey began in Jan 22, I'm half way.
Chin up guys n gals keep at it We Are Worth it!
100 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
