January is coming! Ok, that's just a reminder to me that I need to start thinking about hitting the weights again. I had over 2 weeks of screwing around which included on-site conferences, vacation, and Thanksgiving. What fun it was. If nothing else it reminded me of the importance of avoiding specific foods. I felt like crap after a couple of weeks and was anxious to return to normalcy. I'm still under 200 lbs, though, so oh-so-pleased for that. I've essentially discovered "maintenance mode" so am mentally preparing myself for those long winter months and weight-lifting. Woo! :) I think my ultimate goal after a period of weight lifting and some small dieting again will be around 190-195. Updating my goal to reflect that. Happy Holidays all!
