Wednesday. Hanging in with food, went to contradancing Monday. My back is doing well - I did stretches all day yesterday and they really helped - also readjusted my chair. Amazing how chronic pain can just become something you don't think about every second - some nights it wakes me up and I remember it then for sure! So I am working on standing and sitting properly so that I don't have as much leg pain as usual.

Food planning is working out so far, so good.

Glad you were able to get out and do some dancing. I know what you mean about the pain and I hope it continues to get better for you. Ashley's birthday today. 20 I can't believe it. Man I am getting old. Hope your wednesday was good and hope today is even better..
