BF 34 H20 47 ... i have a health o meter from Walmart .... Hydration % seems to be a hard number to manage .... i am drinking about 90 to 120 oz (when i can force myself) of water .... my % stays about the same .... will continue to monitor .... I am using a tmobile G1 phone with an application that sync's with the website ... I am monitoring cal intake by inputing meals on my phone .... great search tool on the phone!
