Some of the high-protein foods:

The protein foods that appeal to me are:

turkey breast

peanuts and peanut butter

eggs

almonds

cottage cheese

Greek yogurt

milk

beef

fish

salmon

pork

Protein foods I probably won't eat often:

pumpkin seeds

shellfish (NO NO NO- highly allergic)

quinoa

slim fast protein powder

chicken breast

vegetable sources (unlisted)

lentils


I also like the Atkins 2010 Book list for portion sizes.
