So sorry that I have been MIA for a little bit. I was so busy last month trying to get everything done so we can move into the place that we have been wanting for a while now thankfully we got it, the downfall was that it needed a lot of work but we accomplished it with some help most of it was painting but I got it done were still moving some stuff but ost of it is moved in still got to get stuff put away but hoping for a nice few days so I can move stuff outside to get to the stuff to hang up and put away as I go it shouldn't take me long as long as I don't end up having more sinus problems,
Now to update my weight loss as of today this is where I sit on the journey Weight: 250.9 Lost to Date: 62.3 LBS Body Fat%: 49.4% Body Water%: 34.1% Muscle Mass %: 47.5 Bone Mass %: 3.0% Kcal: 1925 BMI: 39.3
Ill try and update more on Friday. I also plan on putting an update on April 24th as well with my year of weight loss and my measurements beens as of that date it will be 1 year since I weight my highest weight of 313.2 and I stopped drinking soda.
I also want to note that I didn't weigh myself much last month and I also barely recorded my food intake so I fubbed on that, I have since gotten back to recording it on paper trying to get back in the habit of doing it all again.
