For the past few weeks there have been so many things out of my control. I don't regret meals out with friends or going to the pub or eating homemade cakes with the family, but it has happened a lot in a short space of time so has had an impact on how healthy I feel, and I've not had chance to have a detox in between. But there's no reason why I can't have a good time and still stick to my calories, I just need to get my will power and self restraint back!
