Glad today is almost over. I made it through a dinner at a colleague's house. The menu included chili (veggie and meat), tossed salad, tortilla chips, fruit salad, wine, and finger desserts. I only ate the salad there and drank seltzer water. When I got home at 9:30pm I devoured a quarter of a rotisserie chicken! Because my sweet tooth was in high gear after seeing the plates of desserts and beautiful fruit salad, I had to have something sweet so I topped dinner off with a couple of Russell Stover Sugar Free Pecan Delights (1 net carb each). Going to be now. Another day tomorrow...
