Trying hard to stay under 25 net carbs per day. Bought some turkey Italian sausage and cooked it with peppers and onions for dinner yesterday and had leftovers today. Tasted great but I didn't realize how many carbs were in the onions! Ordered some "Carboquik Complete Biscuit and Baking Mix" and it was delivered today. Will probably try it out tomorrow (home late today). Doing better with my fluid intake. Don't think I'll be seeing much weight loss this week...
