Was really bad on vacation but then smartened up halfway through. Then got home and got sick... ate lots of take out because I didn't feel like cooking because I was sick... skipped the workout for 2 weeks... 1st week because of vacation and 2nd week was because of stone in paratoid gland then the surgery...

Back on track starting now! Did squash tonight and feel pretty darn proud of myself.

Onward...
