Today doing some Yoga mostly for stress relief,

Everything seems to hit out at once. First the Landscape Institute sent an email telling that they will check the documentation for membership in 1 month or so. I am abroad and I have no chance of getting certificates and what they are asking for from 10 000 km away.
On top of that today is the deadline for the international seminar I attend, and I am team coordinator and some of my colleagues do not answer the emails. So some more stress.
Tomorrow night at 3 am we have a webinar for a competition. My husband was asking why do i need that competition. Because it's good for self esteem :)
I'm watching at people and their results after 1 year of sport and I'm getting motivated to go on with my Yoga. I know Yoga is not some super workout but done regurarly gives nice benefits including some weight loss and relaxation.(because I really lost some weight since I started Yoga).
I ate whatever was in front of me: curry, chapati, earlier on bananas , some busquits (was soooo hungry) and another curry.(this was all i ate during the day)

My sister is a big adherent of Yoga and getting certified to teach.

I am on the way of becoming small adherent. Only have 3 months of practice.

Never underestimate the benefits of yoga. Don't listen to the teachers who tell you that you burn 600 calories an hour either. :)
