Thank you, Buenitabishop! It was. I have been trying to parboil the eggs instead of frying them to save a little on calories.

Yeah, Livin! And my brain was off yesterday; meant to say poached eggs, not parboiled. *sigh* You will still get a few "rags" of egg but the vinegar and salt do help.
