I don't think I am eating enough calories. I'm pretty sure I should be eating around 1200. Today I ate 700-something. I am not hungry and I think I am eating a pretty good diet. I am even eating things one shouldn't eat in Phase I just bc they are so good for you: berries, carrots, dairy. I am concerned that if I don't eat enough calories than my body will start hoarding energy = no more weight loss. I would love some feedback on this.
Weekly goals: 1. keep working on drinking lots of water 2. start weight training - doing lots of cardio, time to build muscle!!!

I think it's better to try not to go below 1000 a day. But if it happens once and a while it's not a big deal. You don't have a lot to lose. People who eat very low caloric values every day train their body to survive on that, so when you eat like a normal person, the weight comes back on really fast. You can also slow your metabolism down and end up with a gain. Good luck!
