Dina : Ayamnya dilumurin dl pake garem/kaldu bubuk+lada, diemin dl 30 menitan sih, trs aku pake tepung bumbu krispi campur tepung terigu, digoreng 1/2 mateng angkat, trs setelh 30 detik diangkat goreng lagi ad matang. Bumbunya bwg putih jahe dikittt minyak wijen saus tiram soy sauce ,cuka beras (bisa skip) saus sambal lada madu kaldu bubuk
