Kepikiran juga, sekarang bisa makan di kalori 1400, nanti saat berat badan turun kebutuhan bmr dan kalori intake makin sedikit bisa padahal belum smp berat ideal :( trus pas smp berat ideal kalori maintenancenya cuma palingan 1400 alias diet terusss selamanya 😢😢😢😢😢
