With Easter I think I did ok. I am heading back on the right track this week. I am disappointed with a gain but realistically expected some gain with Easter and all. This is my first test in the waters of an event around eating so to speak. I am determined to get the weight back off and then some. I'm off and jogging again tonight. I am determined to make it work! Seeing results is awesome and even better when others see it too.
111.5 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 29.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
