Hi everyone
Just had my second flow test done negative 48 hours since exposure to the virus …. I have been very careful the last two years … since am more likely to get cold & flu weakened immunity Feeling grateful for all the support & kindness eating loads ( not good ) lol my Darling bestie keeps me on steady ground bless him & His magical soul feel like cat woman lol so waiting for that referral 😊 need to eat more meat & iron filled foods since my anaemia is dangerously low so is my vitamin D so hopefully back on steak chicken & fish on Monday it’s been two weeks of total chaos since sister is visiting from Istanbul …. A sense of normality & control is what I hope for soon I really looking forward Ramadan this year thank you for putting up with me & my rantings xxx

It’s going really well, I can’t imagine I still have Covid, but they don’t retest you , so I’m still in my private room 🤣

My best iron trick : dried apricots with cranberry or orange juice. And wilted baby leaf spinach. Although plant iron is harder to absorb than meat iron (no tea or coffee within one hour either side of food) it is more resilient once it is in you. Good luck!
