Today is day 5. No workout or stretches this morning.

Rough morning with Mr. 14 year old, so I spent quite some time in submission to my Heavenly Father in prayer & spent time with my son in prayer before driving him to school.

Now off to take little Miss to school and then come back for the nephew so we can go clean the church before I have to get to work.
