Savory and sweet for breakfast today. Made a sesame ginger dressing that was hard not to drink straight from the mixing bowl. So tasty. lol.

Thanks, Pegster8! That was the best meal I had yesterday! I went to a steakhouse for a friend's birthday dinner and ordered a steak salad...it was VERY light on the salad part. Was more like steak and cheese in dressing with a lettuce garnish. 😋

Sesame Ginger Dressing: The following measurements are not precise. Do what feels good to you. 😊 2 T tahini, 2 T fresh lemon juice, 1 T grated fresh ginger (when feeling lazy I use dried ginger. Still tastes good), 1 clove garlic, 2 dates or small handful of raisins, Splash of soy sauce, Cashew milk, other plant milk, or water (as much as needed for desired consistency, maybe 1/2 - 2/3 cup), Red pepper flakes (how spicy do you want it?).Throw it all in the blender or mix in a bowl if you don't mind chopping a bunch of garlic, ginger, and raisins. It's a mood thing, amiright? Enjoy!
