My weight loss was less than expected. However, I was anticipating that bc I have allowed myself some 'off limit' foods in phase one such as carrots and milk. I made that decision as to put health first. For example, my mom was just diagnosed with osteoporosis in her spine, therefore I just cannot cut out valueable sources of calcium. I will, however, cut out all 2% milk in the future and drink skim. I do feel good about the food I am eating. I feel satisfied and the food tastes good. I am struggling with drinking enough water. The past two days I have had only a couple servings/day. I joined a Challenge to drink at least 8 servings a day; I hope that help.
