This drop reflects a temporary regain after last weekend. But this new weight is the lowest that I've been for at least 30 years. I gained weight with the births of three children in the '80's and have not been able to get back to pre-pregnancy weights, so that's my goal now. I've passed my current goal, so I'll reset to a new interim goal. The new goal of 183 represents crossing over from obese to overweight. Onward and downward!
