New rule for me - I cannot eat a snack until I walk for a full song - 4 minutes minimum :)

lol @deelbee I have Spotify playing most days so I just pick a faster song like "Cant Stop the Feeling" by J.Timberlake or "Uptown Funk" B.Mars ... or "Owner of a Lonely Heart" by Yes :)
