Good morning y'all :)

I finally remembered to take a pic of my favorite breakfast! 1/2 cup eggbeaters, some chopped red bell pepper, a Morningstar Farms Spicy Sausage patty cut up, seasoned with some ground cayenne and Mrs. Dash Table Blend. Then once it is done cooking I sprinkle 1/8 cup shredded cheese on and flip it over - let it cook until the cheese is crispy - cheese side is up in the photo ... yummmmy!!!
